Return Policy

All claims must be made within 30 days after the date of purchase.

Products to be returned are subject to a 10% restocking fee plus all return shipping charges if it is a customer error. However, if we have made an error in processing an order, we will make it right at no cost to the customer.

All returns must have a Return Authorization Number that we provide. An online request can be made using the Info/Feedback button located at the Home page. Or you can contact our customer support team via email at info@micainsulation.org or phone 800.747.6422 to arrange a return. The Return Authorization Number must be written on the boxes of the products returned.

Delivery

All orders will be shipped within five business days of the order receipt.
